The home was spotless, beautiful view and wonderful to do the laundry. We were 2 couples and each had a master suite with very comfortable beds. The home was convenient to hiking areas. Lovely.

bugs and spiders galore

We arrived to the rental with the backdoor wide open to the deck on the main level. The cleaning crew forgot to close it. The door to one of the bedrooms on the bottom floor had a door that didn't lock or close correctly. They came fixed that. There were spiders, spider nests, and crawling bugs on the walls in the bedrooms and the family room. There were a lot of dust webs and spider webs. The pull out sofa bed downstairs had mold under mattress and stains on the underside of the mattress. The place has a great view. The communication with vacasa was ok but the the lack of cleanliness and abundance of insects in the house made the weekend lackluster.

Amazing view! bed furniture awful!

The view is breathtaking! The home is uber modern design and lovely. Perfect location between Hood River and the Dalles. These are the only reasons I gave 3 stars.The furniture is minimal and super uncomfortable. Great dinner table but the chairs are just awful. To play games at the table we used the bar stools. The coach is really the only living room furniture on both levels. Tvs are mounted so high it hurts your neck to watch. There is a great sectional in the work out space. No tv though for comfy movie time. All 3 beds are very uncomfortable memory foam . Fireplace was not working and the fire pit was not usable apparently as it was torn apart in the garage. Like a said the location is great and the view is amazing. But would not stay here again. mattresses. foem mattremi T

Awesome place

Nice spacious modern house with great view. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for our two big families; fully stocked kitchen. Close to everything Hood river has to offer!

Great place near hood river.

Very nice property. Close to hood river where the event we were attending took place. Only complaint was that it was hard for us to control the heat/ac. Difference in temp between upstairs and downstairs. Would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Respite

Absolutely stunning - the views and the wildlife will capture your heart. The home was immaculate and spacious; the huge picture windows showcasing the river was spectacular! We loved hanging out on the kitchen island for breakfast and dinner, and we enjoyed our happy hours on the beautiful deck (FYI - there is another equally fabulous deck downstairs). The only downsides were: - The advertised outdoor gas fire-pit and the indoor fireplace were not available. The fire-pit was removed, per the local property manager, due to wind and fire concerns (understandable). I'm assuming the indoor fireplace was not available because the weather wasn't cold enough. Personally I believe the listing should state this information as we booked this house, in part, because of the fire-pit and fireplace. - The heater (?) made a very loud noise that came through the vents at night. It was so loud that I thought this was because of the trains going by. It was actually coming from something in the house. Our friends said the sound was muted downstairs. Overall, this home is a gem. It's close to hikes, wineries, and breweries. It's also a peaceful haven (during the day) for those looking to unwind from today's world.

Spectacular view, continuous highway noise

This is a lovely property, with a spectacular view of the gorge. It was very comfortable for two couples, with a well equipped kitchen and good space to relax. It was very clean and spacious. The only problem was the oppressive highway noise due to the prevailing winds, mostly on the decks. You could still hear it in the house, although it won't bother you if you come from a relatively noisy place. One other issue: there is an unmarked step down into the workout area, which is easy to miss because you are looking at the equipment. Two of us stumbled into the room. The owners should put tape on the floor or on the door to mark the step. Other than those issues, it was a very pleasant stay!

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Mosier. The view is beautiful and we were able to spread out and enjoy the down moments of a wedding weekend in nearby Hood River. Loved the workout room!

Beautiful location

Highly recommend! Our family group had a wonderful time here at this fantastic property. The views are beautiful, and the location was perfect for early morning runs, hiking, and then heading to various points on the fruit loop. The house was spacious with comfy beds and a lot of room to spread out.

Perfect Spot for Columbia River Gorge Adventure

My sister and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. It is so comfortable and offers such amazing views we didn't want to leave. We picked up crab in Hood River which is very close by and enjoyed it for dinner watching the river flow by. Many amazing hikes within 30 miles and the Fruit Loop is very close too. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for some priceless memories.

Gorgeous Views, Lovely House

The house is in a wonderful small town, and boasts a fabulous view of the Colombia River. We stayed with our five kids who loved the games located in the lower living room as well as the space in the workout room. The porch furniture was wonderful, and with the spacious windows it felt like we were practically living outside. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Highly recommend.
