“The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. ”

“I have never received such a kind and warm attention from the employees. The last day, my flight was late at night. They saw me waiting in the lobby. Very tired after a day of work. They invited me to rest in a room until leaving for the airport. Never happened to me to be offered this without asking .... !!!”

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. “L'hotel è posizionato benissimo sul lungo mare.In un magnifico palazzo storico. Hanno molto personale gentile che si prende cura di te.La colazione è buona e varia. Il letto è comodo.Note negative: l'edificio avrebbe bisogno di un restauro poiché ad esempio la tappezzeria è vecchia andrebbe tolta o sostituita e le finestre lasciano passare il continuo strombazzare dei clacson.”
