“Love the corner room on the 22nd floor. The view is nice and love the rain shower. The room is very spacious and cozy with a nice velvet lounge chair. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back.”

“Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location. We were doing a lot in Memphis, and we didn't want to have to hassle with paying to park and traffic trying to get into a hotel. The room was nice. The bathroom door kind of "drug" and scraped across the floor when opened and closed. The staff was excellent! Miss Nicole and Miss Renee were professional and very nice! We would stay here again.”

“This was a fantastic get away. The rooftop party was a really convenient way to see the fireworks. A regular room was kind of small and didn't have a mini fridge or microwave.”

“Good location. Room was okay for the price. Room had giant dead bugs 🐛 on the floor that they say were coming from the pool. For that reason alone I would not recommend staying there. The so-called manager was very rude and disrespectful. Stay at your own risk. You've been warned.”

“Property is very clean. Bring ear plugs because the property is right off the highway and traffic is loud. Use caution in the shower as there is no slip protection and tub is very slippery”
