“Joshua was so helpful and accommodating to our family for our stay. There are not many options other than hotels for the west mobile area so we were happy to find this one. The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood it is in felt safe and it was a great central location for us, though it is an older neighborhood with lower priced homes. Overall would give 5 stars for the actual home and owner. ”

“We were late to check in do to a storm. We contacted the owner and they was more than understanding. They even turned the porch light on for us so when we arrived we would be able to see. This was very thoughtful . The house was clean a good layout. They had rolls of trash bags complimentary waters coffee sugar and creamer for weeks if I needed to stay longer. They had enough toilet paper dish soap laundry consumables. The had silverware plates cups coffee cups cookware to cook for a army. They...

“Very nice place. In the middle of all the action. We had a blast. Owner allowed us to check in early and you also have a private parking spot. We will be going back. ”

“As advertised. One thing that was an issue…the owner required. The AC to be set no lower than 70. We prefer to have the room much cooler at night and this affected the quality of our sleep. Other than that, the property and stay was great! ”
