Beach House a Great Exuma's Best SANDY Beach con doccia esterna privata

Nuova costruzione 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni di casa su una delle più belle spiagge di Great Exuma. Cammina per miglia in ogni direzione sulla sabbia soffice.
Questa casa sulla spiaggia di Great Exuma è stata terminata nell'agosto del 2017 e rappresenta la base perfetta per le battute di pesca, il nuoto con i maiali e gli squali, la visita all'iguana Cay, il kayak, il paddleboarding, il kiteboarding e molto altro ancora.

A sinistra della casa e una breve passeggiata lungo la spiaggia è un ottimo posto per skim boarding.

La Great Room si affaccia anche sull'incontaminato oceano blu e ha poltrone reclinabili e un divano reclinabile.

Le camere da letto sono dotate di sedie di sacchetti di bean destinate ad essere portati nella grande sala in modo che ognuno abbia un comodo sedile.

Come viaggiatori avidi, abbiamo scoperto che mentre una casa può dire che ha 10 posti letto, non è comodamente sedile 10 per mangiare o rilassarsi tutti insieme. The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other necessities. The view was amazing. It was a little on the cooler side while we don’t use the pool but it was also very nice. Perfect for three couples or families.

Our family of 6 stayed for 13 nights in January and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could need. Sidney was very polite and responsive to every question we had. Advice for future travelers are to rent a truck if you are able. We regretted not being able to take the paddle boards and kayaks to other beaches. The beach out back was a little too rough for them but the other beaches like Coco Plum and Tropic of Cancer would have been perfect if we could have taken them. Explore the island, enjoy island time. Hard not to love this house and the island. We would definitely return!

We had an amazing time! The views from the beach house were stunning! The house was well equipped, in a good location, had a good size pool, hammock, & many other things we enjoyed while there. The beach was accessible to most of us from the backyard unless you have balance issues or some mobility disabilities. Most of our family could walk down from the house to the beach, except my Mom, who has mobility & balance issues. She was able to access other beaches though with help. There are a lot of rocks to walk down from the back of the house. We were there during "King Tide", so we didn't have as much beach before the water (just immediately behind our house) but you could walk a little ways over and access more beach. We still highly enjoyed it, and the kids, my husband, and I loved it all! The house itself was all one level, which was great for my mom. It was spacious for our family of 7 and had what we needed to make our meals (we ate a lot of meals in). The beds were comfortable. The showers did not get very hot, and one shower did not even get warm much (so the kids did not use it much), but that could have been more of the island issue-not sure. The house had grocery bags for shopping which was great. It also had cooler bags, ice packs, and beach towels that were a huge plus from all the other things we needed to bring. Our boys loved the paddle boards that they could use too. Overall, the house and the owner were amazing! We would definitely return here.

The house is awesome, the pool could be heated, which was a bit cold for us. The view is beautiful, but the actual beach is hard to get down to, and sometimes completely inaccessible. Communication was great, bedrooms were great, kitchen was great, people were great, overall very good.

Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!

Coconut Breeze was one of our favorite vacation stays yet! It is more amazing than the pictures. The house is very well equipped and centrally located so you can get to beaches in both ends of the island. The pool and swimming in the ocean in front of the house were the best!

The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!

We loved this house and the views! We had some issues initially that were taken care of swiftly! Property owner is kind and quickly responds. I had lots of questions because of potential weather and she was so very helpful. Love the location…close to the airport. Highly recommend!

This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! Very well stocked with everything you need! I already miss having my coffee on the back porch watching the sun rise! The beach out back is great, we swam everyday. Can’t wait to return someday!

30th Anniversary trip

Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!
