over the Indian Ocean while the Estate itself presents indigenous
wildlife, birdlife, and fynbos packaged within this private reserve.

the sights and attractions that the quant and historic town of Mossel

golf pro shop and golden beaches.

This Penthouse Villa is a fully furnished home featuring four en-suite
bedrooms, a dining area, a built-in braai, a fully equipped kitchen,
and a private pool on the property. Two en-suite bedrooms, each with
two single beds, are located downstairs while two en-suite bedrooms,
each with king-sized beds, and the living areas are located upstairs.
All bedrooms offer their own balcony with unobstructed views of the
Indian Ocean. The Villa is equipped with satellite TV and wifi. Secure
undercover parking is provided with complimentary transportation with a
golf cart to and from parking to the Villa.

This Villa is the ideal hub for golfing enthusiasts exploring the many
golfing destinations of the Western Cape Garden Route and although the
unit accommodates eight people comfortably, additional bedding can be
arranged on special request at an additional surcharge.

The resort is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Mossel
Bay Harbour and the Dias Museum and a mere 400km from both Cape Town
and Port Elizabeth. Just half an hour’s drive will get you to George
Airport which offers multiple daily flights to other local
destinations. With world-class facilities on offer, we look forward to

Please be advised that a height restriction of 2 (two) meters applies to the villa's garage and parking bay area. As a result, certain modified vehicles or those equipped with roof racks may not be able to access the villa's garages or parking bays.
Please note that a golf cart must be rented to access the property, as no vehicles are permitted to park at the villas.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
