Sometimes is success some of guests dont have in hotel. Where is bound which guest cross and been worth of our hospitality and effort. The guest is always in charge but adhering to the rules of conduct in a hotel that is still determined by the host, ie. the team of employees. As soon as it crosses this bound, it goes beyond the concept of a good guest. Individuals are willing to give extremely negative comments and ratings for top-of-the-order properties due to things that are not allowed in that facility or are simply required to behave politely. It is rare to write bad things about us so that most of these criticisms are not worth the attention.

Dear Sirs, We have long wondered whether to respond to your comment but still deserve to respond to you, especially to other guests who need to read our explanation for this. First of all, who read your comment and see that you are not a guest for any kind of hotel, because neither a hotel is allowed for laundry we warned you and you did not want to listen to it, so you rubbed the same laundry on the hotel furniture not thinking how you can destroy it because you do not care. The washing and washing machine list has been shown to you and is the same and more than convenient because we have our own laundry service. You even brought with you a huge plastic grip that we saw for the first time as we have been doing for a long time. About for the kitchen on our site it is written down there are mini coffee / tea kitchens and of course kitchen is not allowed because this is a high category hotel and not private accommodation where this can be done. Of course it is the rule of this house that every guest gives a document wich are stored in a central safe, which is much safer for the guest, as well as login to foreigners' service must be for our safety, especially due to unforeseen events and frequent terrorist attacks around the world and especially of Europe so it's quite normal for security reasons. We are a fully enclosed type of facility in the strictest tourist area of the city covered with video surveillance more than safe .we have not once concluded that you are in some fear and spare room keys of course we need to have because the service price includes daily cleaning, and we have to change your linen every day. Hot water is enough for showering unless it cures you for massive washing of your launry. Regarding the price for driving to Dubrovnik this is the price was for driving to Mostar Dubrovnik waiting all day and returning from Dubrovnik to Mostar as you are looking for, it is the price of a special discounted taxi service which you can not match with the one-way bus transport card lasting at least 5 hours and a taxi ride for at least 2.5 hours. You are the first guest who regretted our very rich and varied breakfast and sorry we have to write the truth so much you ate and drank that during the breakfast in full salon with a lots of guests did a great deal without the pardon ,we first experienced and think to talk enough about people like you.
