Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront home in quiet private location. Views!

Your lakefront paradise. 4-bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms spreading over 3 floors. First floor offers living room, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom and full bath. Sliding door leads you to the spacious deck.
Second floor offers king bedroom with full bath (jetted tub), and spacious loft with sofa and chairs.
Finished lower level is fully walkout to private deck. It offers king bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds. These two bedrooms share full bath where is also laundry located. There is large family room with small wet bar.
Almost all rooms have beautiful views of the lake.
Waterfront offers boat dock and float (boat not provided).
Yard offers plenty of outdoor seating with firepit and shed that converts to the outdoor bar. Bask in sunlight all day and watch beautiful sunset from the dock. Location of this house offers plenty of privacy and stunning views across the lake all the way to Gunstock Mountain.
If you are looking for waterfront vacation home with room for your boat or jetski, you found one. Home is in private setting.
The views are one of the best on the lake.
Please note: house is located on the private dirt road. Obey the speed limit! Limit of 8 persons at any time (including children and day guests) will be strictly enforced.

We had a wonderful week in this home. Igor was an outstanding host. Prior to the trip, he recommended a place we could rent stand-up paddle boards. He checked in with me during the week to make sure things were going OK and made sure I understood how everything worked. Nothing went wrong during our stay, but I’m sure he would have been responsive if it did!Our kids are teenagers so the steps down to the lake were no problem. Families traveling with elderly parents or very young kids might have a more difficult time. We rented a boat and the dock was very easy to navigate/dock. The views from the deck looking out on the lake are fabulous!The house was very clean and well stocked. There are three mini split air-conditioning units that work fine as long as you keep all the doors to the exterior closed. We had a few super hot days where it got a bit warm, but it was not a big deal.

Short but awesome visit.

Arrived to meet Igor at the property for a quick tour and orientation. Overall the house is awesome! We were only able to stay for a few nights but could easily have stayed much longer if not for other commitments. Very convenient and private location and would definitely recommend.

A rental property that leaves you wishing you could stay longer

This rental property deserves high praise. The home and the stunning views are among the best in the area. Overall, it is a place of comfort, security, fun and peace. All systems are in excellent working condition. There is evidence everywhere of high quality. Of special note: comfortable beds, the refrigerator magnet collection, the downstairs foosball table, the whole-house generator and the convenience of JoJo's supermarket.

Family week away

We had a great week at the house! We were there with 2 young kids (5 and 2.5), as well as their grandfather. The setup of the house was perfect - we stayed in the basement with the kids and had our own living room area for early mornings, as well as access to the deck area through the basement. My father in law stayed on the second floor and had his own living space as well as bedroom/bathroom. The house was on a quiet dirt road which was perfect for walks and bike rides with the kids! We enjoyed the lakeside dock and Adirondack chairs, going on boat rides with my father in law’s boat, and making s’mores in the fire pit. Igor was super responsive to my questions both before we got there and while we were there. Highly recommend!

Spectacular experience 😀😀

I couldn’t imagine a more pleasant experience. We were fortunate to meet Igor and surely hope our paths cross again. The home and the ground are immaculately cared for and no detail has been overlooked. We weren’t sure what we enjoyed more, absolute silence or being serenaded by the Loons.
