Hey Cindy, always appreciate feedback! In response to your comments; The two and traps in the house (one behind the toilet and the other behind the sink.) Are set out to make sure sugar ants don't come into the house. There's really not another way to ensure your stay is pest free. Your second point confuses me a little (perhaps you could clarify over private message). You mentioned that you couldn't tell the sheets had been cleaned yet they smelled fragrent. Not sure what the action point is there. As far as your final critique goes, our guests have always preffered beds made and ready for them when they arrive. You're the first to mention this idea of making guests put their own sheets on the beds. If more guests were interested in this idea, I'd definitely enact this however, the overwhelming majority has been against it month to date.
