“I was very disappointed with my stay and would not stay here again. While the breakfast was good, the overall experience was unacceptable. Upon arrival, the downstairs bathroom had no toilet paper or seat covers, and the floor was filthy. Staff were sometimes helpful, but I repeatedly heard unprofessional behavior, including employees using profanity in public areas. The lobby TV content was also inappropriate and uncomfortable to be around.

“The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel”
