“Clean building, French pastry/coffee shop right around the corner and a restaurant on the roof top and main floor. Location is close to Harvard and MIT. Lyft rides were reasonable. Only negative complaint is they did not dispose of bedroom trash until we left.”

“Sort of dark on the outside of the building, my TV reception wasn't too good, and the shampoo bottle was almost empty. But plenty of towels, safe feeling area, even if it was a bit remote, heat worked, WIFI good, plenty of free parking and coffee, water pressure/temperature was good. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area. ”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. ”
