“We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. “I would highly recommend it! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the accommodations were excellent (my room have a full fridge, dish washer, microwave, stove and cabinets with silverware and dish ware). The breakfast was included and good every morning, and they even had a free pizza night to appreciate the costumers!

“My only complaint for this hotel is that the drink prices aren’t on the menu. The food prices seemed in line with a Marriott but the drinks were priced outrageously. We had some shrimp app and a small pizza, 4 martinis and 2 beers.

“Stain on chair in the room, asked them to swap out chair. Never happened! SECOND day, new Manager said she would take care of it, NEVER happened! That night the original manager said he cleaned the chair. It was SOAKING Wet, and Still stained! The breakfast bagels and muffins were so stale, we could throw them and break a window!! The room had a smell of old vomit and BO. Avoid this property if possible. ”
