Elevator not in service so carried 4 bags up to the 2nd floor. Our AC went out in the middle of the night, 12am, we woke up sweat soaked. I went to the front desk, I was told sorry, no open rooms, no offer to try to come look at it to fix, I had to ask if they had any fans, they did not. “Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.”

“I booked two queen beds. When I opened up the door it was a king. I asked for a cot. They did not have any. Ice machines weren't working.”

“This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.”
