“We have been too lots of Hampton inns throughout the U.S. While this one had the same amenities and was clean, the shower did not work as there was a clog from the supply to the shower head. We could not wait to have it fixed as we had to get on our way. Too bad this wasn't noticed and fixed by staff earlier. There should be regular checks in systems and we were surprised that the cleaning crew did not notice this in their regular room cleaning.”
