Idealmente situato nel centro di Mount Desert Island, Echo Pines Cottage è il punto di partenza perfetto per tutte le vostre attività di vacanza. È a pochi minuti dalle famose testate dei sentieri e dall'ingresso al lago Echo. Goditi la vista del lago Echo dalle finestre anteriori!

Il cottage si trova su 1. 5 acri di terreno boscoso, su una strada privata e circondato da alti pini, ma è vicino a tutto il divertimento che l'isola ha da offrire.

Rilassati sul prato davanti, poi mangia intorno alla grande isola con la cucina in legno o siediti vicino alle vetrate che guardano verso il lago. Guarda per cervi e uccelli che passano regolarmente attraverso la proprietà.

Nuovo per il mercato del noleggio nel 2018, la casa è stata rinnovata e attrezzata per il vostro comfort, con nuovi arredi, materassi di alta qualità e una cucina rinnovata. Amerai il carattere stravagante beachy del luogo.

Ci sono due camere da letto, entrambe con letti queen-size premium, oltre a un divano letto queen-size con materasso memory foam nella zona giorno e un divano / letto futon full size nella sala lettura posteriore. Ci sono due bagni completi, con docce e vasche, uno al piano di sopra e uno in basso.

La cucina è completamente arredata, pronta per i pasti e le riunioni in famiglia! Troverai anche molti punti base per la cucina, come caffè, condimenti e involucri di conservazione.

E preparati per quel torneo di ping pong in famiglia - c'è un tavolo nel seminterrato.

Mentre questa particolare proprietà è relativamente nuova per il mercato degli affitti, noi proprietari abbiamo esperienza pluriennale come host. Abbiamo posseduto un'altra proprietà a Bar Harbor in cui viviamo ora! Ciò significa che siamo locali e disponibili in caso di problemi o domande.

Facciamo ogni sforzo per andare al di sopra e al di là per i visitatori di MDI. Amiamo l'isola e ci piace davvero condividerla con coloro che vengono a provare questo favoloso parco nazionale. Il nostro obiettivo è che tu lasci amare Acadia tanto quanto noi.

Another wonderful year at Echo Pines Cottage

This is our go-to spot to stay when we visit MDI. The house is clean, convenient and the hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again.

Centrally located

Cozy and clean cottage. Well maintained. Nice location in the woods on the less busy side of MDI. Located centrally to all the places you want to go. Hiking trails, Bar Harbor, Cadillac Mountain, you name it and it's typically 15 - 20 minutes or less to get there. Supplied Welcome packet was very detailed and provided all the information you can possibly think to ask. We look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property is very well-maintained and the owners have thought out so many details, making it very easy. The kitchen is beautiful and has a great island for family gathering. It's very dog friendly and there are easy walks around the house as well. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Location was great - quiet, secluded spot in the woods, but close to Acadia NP and amazing restaurants in Southwest Harbor - less than five miles away. Kitchen is well stocked - one the best we've had during our many trips, beds are quite comfortable and there is lots of space to relax indoors or outside. Highly recommend the cabin for your Acadia vacation.

Bar Harbor

We loved the house. It was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. My only wish is that it could have been longer! When we were delayed in arriving due to a flat tire, the hosts went to the property and turned on the lights for us so we wouldn’t have trouble getting in when it was dark. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay at 12 Echo Pines

The house was wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Lots of space and convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and a ping pong table. Big kitchen, with spices and enough dishes, utensils, and supplies to make anything. We even grilled steaks one night! You can't go wrong with staying here!

Excellent Stay!

We stayed Here for two weeks with two kids and a dog the house was fully stocked and neat when we arrived. Your owner was in touch consistently and halfway through asked us what we needed and dropped it off the next day. It was a great location to get all over the island easily. We will definitely come back!

Great Vacation Home & Hosts

We had the most wonderful time at Echo Pines Cottage. The house was an absolute dream- wonderful sleeping arrangements for the whole family, a gorgeous kitchen and outdoor grill for our meals, and a lovely back deck for watching wildlife. The kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you could need and the hosts included really comfortable linens and towels. Truly anything you can think of needing for a holiday, the hosts made sure you had stocked in the house. We felt very taken care of and greatly appreciated the hosts’ suggestions for local activities. It was a beautiful home and we all loved our stay very much!

Great Place to Stay on MDI!

We were looking for a place that was a little more quiet and peaceful, and this cottage was perfect! It was very clean and spacious and worked great for our family of four. We spent our days exploring Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor (about 15 minutes away). After a busy day we enjoyed being back at the cottage on the quieter side of the island. Would definitely book again in the future!!

Perfect rental on MDI

We had a great stay at this cottage. It was a perfect spot on the quieter side of the island, which we wanted. Still a very easy drive into Bar Harbor. The house was fully stocked and clean. The owners left great notes and tips for enjoying the area. We have been coming up to Bar Harbor for the last 13 years and this was our favorite rental. We will definitely book it again

12 Echo Pines Cottage, Oct. 2023

We shared Echo Pines Cottage the second week of October with our daughter. When we got to the house late at night, the power was out due to a storm that had gone through that evening. Fortunately, there were several conspicuous flashlights inside the front door and power was restored early the next morning. It was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils and appliances, bedding, bathroom supplies, and several games. The two main bedrooms on the upper floor were above average in size with comfortable beds and large closets. The owners supplied detailed directions for getting in the house and leaving, as well as information about things visitors might need such as groceries stores, places to eat, park maps and suggestions of things to see/do. We all had a great visit to Acadia N. P. and the Cottage was the perfect base location to do our exploring.

COULDN’T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!

Echo Pines was perfect! There’s no hesitation in giving Ellen and Kurt 5 stars across the board. Communication was quick and helpful from possible govt shutdown, to a long list of favorite restaurants and activities. Echo Pines was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It was equipped with anything you might have needed. While we didn’t cook at the house anything you might have needed was there, very well stocked! Nice washer and dryer, plenty of linens/towels, cozy quilts for cool nights, comfy beds, … the list goes on. The house was tucked away in the woods, making for a quiet, peaceful stay. Location was perfect and away from busy Bar Harbor. We were up and out early each day and made it to all major trail heads within 15-20 min. Some of the best restaurants we ate at were on this side of the island as well. Pleased with our choice to stay at Echo Pines is an understatement. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit MDI and Acadia again!

Great stay!

Excellent property, very clean and well stocked down to the details. Centrally located with easy access to Acadia, Bar Harbor and Southwest Harbor, etc. Gracious hosts who do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was everything we wanted out of a vacation rental. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Close to all Acadia Park entrances, carriage roads, Eagle Lake, Jordan Pond, Cadillac Mountain, Bar Harbor and more. Jordan pond popovers should not be missed. Delicious! Well stocked kitchen, great appliances, comfy beds and high end linens. Perfect for two couples celebrating a big birthday!

A lovely cabin with fantastic hosts

Echo Pines cottage was in the perfect location for our multi-generational family vacation in Acadia. It was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location to explore Mt. Desert Island and Acadia

We had another great stay at this property. The place is clean, well-maintained, and well-furnished for a vacation week at the park. The central location is ideal, providing easy access to Bar Harbor and the park, and also to great hiking and fresh-water swimming, and Southwest Harbor and Bass Harbor on the west side of the island. This is a perfect home-base for enjoying and exploring Acadia.
