This was the perfect vacation rental for our family

The house was perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated. It was big enough that we could all have our own space and sooo peaceful. 11/10 would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area to stay here.

Great place and great location. We like to walk, so the the half mile walk to downtown Mount Dora was very enjoyable. Cute rental and yard.

Mom/Daughter Birthday Trip

We (my 3 sisters and I) celebrated my mom's 72nd Birthday with her first trip to Mount Dora. Our stay was lovely, the cottage was super clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to everything downtown with multiple really nice outdoor sitting area.

Perfect Spot

My lawn bowls partner and I stayed at this property for a lawn bowls tournament. We choose the cottage because it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage was clean and very quiet. We felt safe and secure while there and would return again.

Perfect Cottage

Everything was very clean. Very easy to find. It was enough space for 2 couples for a weekend. The whole property is picture perfect. It was our 1st time in Mt. Dora and we will definitely come back!

Amazing Girls Weekend at a Quaint Cute Cottage

These accommodations were perfect for us! This cottage is literally walking distance from downtown Mount Dora and accommodated us three girls perfectly. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable.We enjoy playing games...so a spare chair stored somewhere would have been great, but we made due with what the cottage offered. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who's looking for a quick visit to Mount Dora.

Mt. Dora cottage

This cottage was cozy and homey. I liked how it didn't have a lot of steps for my 94 year-old father. My pup enjoyed running around in the fenced-in backyard. It certainly met our needs.

Delightful cottage!

This cottage was perfect for three adults who came for a girls weekend. We used the pull out which was comfortable. The unit is nicely appointed with everything we needed (we did not cook) and the location is a one mile walk to town.

Nice little cottage

Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk to center of Mount Dora. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchenette was adorable and had everything you could need. Very clean. Secure entry. Beds were comfortable though small, but my husband and I didnt mind not sharing for the week. Easy drive to Disney. Mount Dora is a lovely town.

Great little escape in Mt. Dora

Cottage was a great place to re-energize after watching beach volleyball in Tavares for a weekend. Four adults slept comfortably, with the bonus of 2 full baths, and an efficiency kitchen. It was a quiet getaway to return to each night. We didn't have the opportunity to explore downtown Mt. Dora, but would definitely return to take advantage of the property's proximity to that quaint shopping and dinning area.

Great cottage and location

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, which is exactly as pictured. Downtown Mt. Dora (with pickleball courts) is less than a mile, and we brought bikes to quickly ride around. We loved having a locked Breezeway to the cottage where we could easily store our bikes. Property manager was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed quaint cottage

We stayed a week here and enjoyed the Mount Dora art festival. It was very clean, cozy, and convenient. Only a short walk to a couple of local restaurants, 15 minutes to town. A very quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of parking on the property. We enjoyed the backyard and common areas, which we shared with other renters while we were there. The kitchen is well set up for enjoying breakfast and warming up leftovers. There is a cooktop, toaster, microwave, coffee maker,and mini fridge. Had a fun and relaxing stay.

I must say Frank was a very nice man. We had our dog with us and found out that there was a wedding party reception happening the weekend my wife and I were staying there. He understood my concerns about the noise and aske the other party to have respect for us staying in the adjacent cottage. I will say that my wife and I frequently visit the Mt.Dora area and we would definitely will stay there again. Thank you Frank.

Relaxing place

Good safe backyard for dog. Need more lighting in kit. Area. No ice! Very small refrig. Clean and comfy beds. Close to historic areas and restaurants. Thanks for all xtras left for use.... coffe,tea,facial wipes, doggie bags. Etc.

The cottage (actually an apartment to the rear of the main house) was clean, uniquely decorated and comfortable. It worked out great for two couples. It was really nice to have the kitchenette. We had questions a couple times and Frank responded quickly. The only thing that is a tad misleading is the price per night. Definitely check the figure that includes the fees (housekeeping and booking) which in our case doubled the amount. That being said, it was still a good value. We would stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

Cottage is within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. Between the main house and cottage there is a breezeway that is very nice to sit in. Too cold out to take advantage of patio and firepit. We stayed at this property for two weeks. Not a full kitchen, so making meals was challenging. House decor was nice. Bedrooms had lots closet space. Beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Plenty of towels/linens. Overall our stay was enjoyable. We would recommend for a great weekend getaway. Location and neighborhood very nice
