“The property was exquisite and the location was close to everything. The only issue was with checkin. We were unable to make a phone call to have someone meet us for checkin. It would be convenient to let out of country guests know that the property manager is available at the hotel next door. This would have simplified the check in significantly. Other than that the experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying g at this location. ”

“I stayed for three nights in room 46. It was extremely disappointing. The room looked shabby and badly needed an update. The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. Both the the bath and the washbasin were badly stained and cracked and looked dirty. The wash basin in particular needs replacing. The towels did not look...

“Camera piccola umida e con aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Anche il bagno non molto comodo. Pulizia non eccezionale. ”

“I think the the queen bedsheet and pillow cases not changed. In particular the pillow cases where they have a lot of hairs (visible) . It was late night to report back when we noticed it. Nevertheless, we just stay overnight. And it will be good if the toilet has an exhaust fan. Other than that the property is well maintained and comfy.”
