"Room was dirty, not enough outlets to run my fiancé‘s oxygen and CPAP machine. The staff was horrible. I missed out on my brass knuckles that are still missing. The hot tub was irrelevant and not working and parking as far as handicap was not functionable."

"Outside looks great. Inside is dated, dark and not too clean. Elevator carpets dirty, stairwells filthy. My room door was warped and did t close correctly.
