“Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. “The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

“The room was clean and better than expected but like others have stated the cigarette smell was awful”

“Extremely dirty, sketchy, and overbooked. My room had a broken door that needed to be lifted up and wedged into the door frame in order for it to close. The sinks were filthy, the refrigerator was broken, and one of the lights wouldn’t turn on. Expedia is at fault for overbooking, which meant I had to accept the only room available despite its flaws. I also didn’t feel safe at all and would have gone elsewhere if there was a single room nearby open… there was not. Please never stay here.”

“Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.”

“Had a five night reservation made months in advanced. Absolute disaster. They overbooked and understaffed and had no room for us, we were left stranded after 2 days of travel. Lobby was dirty and smelled terrible. Staff was of no help whatever, and he said we were the 15th paid reservation he had turned away that evening. Inexcusable.”

“The hotel is aged but functional. Bathroom sink was super low, shower had cracks…but both worked. A/C barely worked. It was quiet at night and the staff was kind to give me a hour late checkout so I could shower after a race I ran.”
