“Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.”

“This property is really cute . The decor and furnishings is elite . Everything is updated and new . Very NYC feel to it . Love it . My only wish was that I wish I wouldve rented it for more than one night . Five stars”

“Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.”

“Great location! Parking is not included, so that proved to be a little challenging, but overall this place is great. The host was very responsive, and the place was clean and as seen in the photos.”

“Good location for a Fishtown experience, easy walking distance to main dinner spots.Clean and well appointed. Large bed is a loft space with a wooden ladder, a bit tricky if you both are seniors!”

“Beautiful space in Fishtown and Al was a wonderful host!”

“The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself.”

“Pet friendly & quiet. Small & dark (it’s a basement flat), but perfect for a resting place while exploring Philadelphia.”

“It was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.”

“It would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the stairs (geesh),,lol, and the laundry situation,,but yet and still,it was a good stay!”
