“Checked in the first room had lighting issue and was moved to second room had plumbing issue where we were asked to wait on maintenance person to show up, assess and repair after driving for hours and hours. The hotel staff refused to move us to a third room so we requested a refun and left.”

“John was a great host. He replied to my questions immediately. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The cottage was perfect for our stay. I loved being up on a hill looking down on the road below. It was quiet and relaxing. The outdoor lighting was definitely appreciated. It sure gets dark in the country. The back bed was very comfortable (we didn't use the front bedroom). The Internet and TV reception was fine. Overall, a great place to stay for a great price. Thank you...

“This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot.
