“The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more. “Sudima Christchurch Airport staff were very helpful and the airport shuttle service was convenient and timely. The hotel lobby, lifts and room were clean and well-maintained. Bed was comfortable, aircon worked well, bathroom was clean and well stocked with clean towels and toiletries. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent breakfast menu with plenty of variety. Overall would highly recommend Sudima Christchurch Airport.”
