“The mattress was so old and tired, the springs were poking through and also it was permanently sinking where people lay on it. It was so bad, I had to trying sleep on the floor. It was also not clean. We could not stay there the second night. However, they did refund us the 2nd night. The cups and glasses were dirty and required cleaning prior to drinking out of them. Staff were pleasant.”

“Rude and condescending reception staff, would only talk to my husband, a ridiculous check in process of passports - not had that anywhere else in Australia. The property is falling to pieces, floor boards which feel like you will fall through them, tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom. The view which was their main selling point was questionable as had loads of run down buildings in front of you. Expected a lot better ”
