“Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. ”

“The place was super clean and stocked with things you may have forgotten to pack. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider new mattresses. However, it could just be that i am old and everything hurts my back. Lol. Overall, we were really happy with the stay!”

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay.
