“Cons: The process of checking in was horrible. Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling. Pros: Kitchen, location, parking ”

“Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Street parking is limited but the host provided multipleoptions. Geographically located in close proximity to/easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, University buildings, etc. We arrived and didn’t need the car until we left. James our host provided clear and timely information with excellent overall communication, and worked to accommodate a request we made. Would stay again!”

“Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. ”

“- Communication: had to reach out to the host for access. If my instructions aren’t going to be mailed out ahead of time I believe the host should reach out. While response time was quick I really don’t like being 5 min away and not knowing how I’m going to get into the apartment. I have always had hosts email out instructions through the app so this was a bit of a surprise. - Amenities: no soap in the half bath and pocket door doesn’t really shut well.
