“The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that...

“Historically this has been my go to hotel for the past several years, multiple times a year…I may have to find a new regular place when I am visiting family.
It took at least 5 minutes to get the shower to warm. The front desk said, let it run awhile there aren’t a lot of people on your floor. After more than 10 minutes we got hot water for enough time for one of us to shower.
I didn’t call back the front desk to tell them the molding by the tv fell off a few times, I figured they wouldn’t...

“This is an excellent hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Hilton continues to uphold a high standard in these areas. We checked in on June 13, 2026, at approximately 10:15 PM for a one-night stay.
I am awarding 4 stars rather than 5 due to our check-in experience. While the overall stay was positive, the level of service we received at the front desk was disappointing.
Before us, another guest mentioned their Hilton Honors membership, and the front desk...
