Stay away! This place was ridiculous! I literally left at 1 am in the morning cause I couldn't take it anymore. Don't let the pics fool you. It seemed as the room to my left had a frat party and the room to my right had a serious domestic in progress. I felt like I was in a bad movie. Creepy people standing in the breezeway everywhere. I understand I didn't pay no top dollar but for over one hundred dollars a night I should expect to get a few hours rest on my way through the State. The room was ok. It was clean. I can't say too much about the staff besides the young gentleman that was working the front desk during the night shift. When I turned my key in and told him the reason for leaving in the middle of the night, he was very polite and understanding and wanted to accommodate with another room. (At this point i was done and ready to get home)The way he shook his head, when I told him why I was so angry, told me that this wasn't the first time he heard these type of complaints. Red Roof Inn once was a nice chain from what I remember. I guess those days are long gone. Management for this particular property should invest in Security to patrol the grounds and keep the peace for people who would like to get a few hours of sleep.

Filthy, heat not working, bed lumpy and no blanket, not sure linen was changed microwave broken, tub and sink and mirror filthy, not vacuumed, and desk clerk wouldn’t get off phone as she was yelling at someone while she checked us in, sooo rude! Stay far away from this facility!!!!

The employee's were great, very friendly. The place is very sketchy. Dirty outside and everything smells of cigarette smoke. Even inside the room. The AC/Heater thing was very noisy, even though the room was a bit chilly I did not use it. Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient parking.

Generally quite dirty and not a well maintained property. Area did not feel safe. Opened my door in the morning around 7 a.m. to find two homeless persons sleeping just outside my door. Would definitely recommend finding other accommodations.

It took half hour to sign in,We asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke and there were burn holes in the bedspread, dog hair on the rugs, no bathroom door and only one towel for a two person stay.and a homeless person walking around the parking lot. All this for $180 for one night. Never going back there!

This place was filthy and super sketchy. There was active policy activity when we arrived, you check in through a bullet-proor glass bank window, and and there were all sorts of people yelling at each other and us in the parking lot. The room was dirty, there were cigarettes burn holes in the bedding, and it smelled like smoke and staleness.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, they don’t clean the rooms, the rooms stink, very outdated, went down to try and extend my room and the CSR was sleep and then I was rushed to check out. I wish my wife and I can be refunded for our stay. They had what looked like dope fiends walking all night doing drugs, the fire alarm went off, police was ALWAYS there. NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR WE HAD TO EAT OUR EVERYDAY BECAUSE WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA IF WE WANTED A MICROWAVE BUT WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE WITH WALMART OR BOB EVANS NEXT DOOR. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had booked my room in advance and was about to be given a different room, that lack the accessibility I needed... that's when I showed the clerk my printed reservation and got the room that I reserved. I also notice that a staff member was not as friendly to a guest, when he was asking for clean towels on the day of checking out.

Comfortable But Not Complete Comfort
I'm was upset because the shower did not work the first 24 hrs I was there. Tho I received a discount for my second night. I was even more upset when I made a mistake dropping the charm to my necklace drop the sink drain and callef the front desk to help in which they never showed up to help retrieve it because it meant alot to me.

Don't go here
I wish I could give this place zero stars. When we got there, there were 15 people in the lobby, and half of them were people with issues that they needed fixed. Should have realized at that point that it was not going to work out well. One lady said they gave someone else her room key as well and a man walked in on her. Another person said their room had a ton of trash in it and wasn't cleaned. Several people said their room keys just didn't work at all. We finally got our key after waiting for 30 minutes, and wouldn't you know, it did not open the door to our room. The man working at the front desk was very slow, and when we finally got a new key, it still didn't work, and the maintenance man said that the door knob was frozen and poured coffee over it to try and thaw it. That is when I decided that I was going to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. Also, the main lobby was locked and had a sign on the door that just said "No!" so all 15 people were waiting in a 10 ft by 10 ft box.
