“The hotel needs a major renovation. In our shower the whole ceiling was mold covered. The water had a terrible smell and all drains have mold and mildew. The common areas were clean but could tell major upkeep and deep cleans need to take place. For an early check in they wanted almost 50% of a nightly stay just for a few hours early. They had a strict rule on 3 towels per room when we had 4 people total.”
