Lake Bob Sandlin is very unique in that it is connected to Cypress Springs Lake and Lake Monticello by earth dams and offers fabulous fishing and boating fun! Boat ramp for Lake Bob Sandlin is located 3.7 miles and 7 minutes away. The boat ramp for Cypress Springs is located 2.5 miles and 6 minutes away.
Escape and stay at this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental house with accommodations for up to 12 guests, with all of the comforts of home. Includes finished basement, perfect for the kids, sleeps 4. The lake house comes with a large 20x40 climate-controlled game room, spacious indoor living area with amazing lake views, expansive deck with gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating where you can visit, eat out, or work on your tan while looking out over the lake. It doesn't get any better than days spent on the lake with family and friends!
Private boathouse, pier, gazebo, and dock: Bring your boat or jet ski (rentals nearby at Barefoot Marina) to explore the lake. The boat house features a cradle lift for your lake toys. Area has plenty of space for parking boat trailers and trucks. Enjoy the view and sounds of nature but with all of the modern conveniences. You will want to rise-n-shine early in the morning to enjoy your coffee on the deck while enjoying the view of the lake. Grab your fishing pole and head down to our private dock to relax and witness the sunrise as the lake comes to life. Instacart available in the area.
Other amenities: We have a hot tub on the rear deck perfect for night time use while stargazing, or sit by our fire pit during those cooler nights. Explore the climate-controlled game room with Pool table, Darts, Shuffleboard, along with 2 Cornhole games that will cater to those who are looking to be active.
Note: 2 rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom, 3-4 laundry and dishwasher tabs, and 2 rolls of paper towels will also be provided. Personal toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc.) will need to be brought with you. We have a standard and Keurig coffee pot available for use. We do not supply the coffee or filters. NOTE: You are in the country, on the lake. There will be leaves falling daily on the porch (leaf blower provided).
