“While I travel much for work, this trip was personal and I need to say, I had an amazing experience with Oksana at the front desk. We explained our health situation and inability to walk long distances. Oksana not only checked that our room was perfect but went out of her way to give us a room they keep for emergencies, extra water and double checked our satisfaction once we checked into our room to ensure everything met our needs.

“Parking is spacious and easy to access. Short uber trip the BMO centre. Staff allowed us to stay parked in the parking lot when we checked out which was very appreciated. Where our room was the train was noisy enough to make for a rough sleep. No coffee machine, but there is a microwave and fridge that worked great. No smart tv to access any streaming. Finding the room is confusing as the lobby was on level 2 3/4.”
