"La recensione eccellente è per il personale Zechari e Lily Hope due angeli custodi che ci hanno aiutato a recuperare un oggetto dimenticato dentro alla cassaforte del precedente hotel. Ci hanno supportato e aiutato chiamando direttamente loro anche con il proprio telefono. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della notte prenotata perché siamo dovuti ritornare a prendere l'oggetto smarrito. Ottima anche la postazione pc con stampante che ci ha permesso di attivare la pratica lost and found. Spero che la struttura possa premiare in qualche modo queste due super dipendenti per la loro cortesia e assistenza non scontata. Grazie mille ancora e se per caso venite in Italia contattateci. Brave ragazze continuate a fare la differenza buona vita. The excellent review is for the staff members Zechari and Lily Hope, two guardian angels who helped us retrieve an item left inside the safe of our previous hotel.They supported and helped us by calling directly themselves, even using their own phones. Unfortunately, we could not stay the night we had booked because we had to go back to pick up the lost item.The computer and printer station was also great, as it allowed us to start the lost and found process. I hope the hotel can somehow reward these two super employees for their kindness and exceptional assistance.Thank you very much again, and if you happen to come to Italy, please contact us.
