Redwood Garden Cottage

Questa dolce casa è vicina a Mt Shasta, ma un po 'fuori dai sentieri battuti. Situato in un magico mezzo ettaro, che ha vista Mt Shasta, flora a bizzeffe e prato, la casa 3 camere da letto-2 bagno è 1350 SF di delizia accogliente. Il cortile posteriore è perfetto per guardare i tuoi amici giocare ai giochi nel cortile o per condividere un pasto da bar, con un buon bicchiere di vino. Ensconced in privacy, la posizione è a pochi minuti dal Gateway Trail Head e la strada per Bunny Flats di Mt Shasta. Questo è il luogo ideale per appendere i cappelli e rilassarsi con gli amici o la famiglia!
Godetevi la frutta fresca dal nostro cortile durante i mesi estivi: ciliegie, pesche, lamponi e prugne (alcuni dicono che il meglio che abbiano mai mangiato). All'inizio della stagione, il rabarbaro è lì per la presa pure.
Nota: soggiorno minimo 2 notti, festivi 3-4 notti.

The three of us absolutely loved staying in this sweet home! It's in a lovely neighborhood in Shasta not far from the city park. Good views of the mountain from Redwood Road. We each had our own bedroom and found our beds all very cozy... we slept well. Well-appointed kitchen, nice selection of snacks, truly awesome woodstove we used for two nights... made the place feel so cozy. We took a nice long walk around the neighborhood area one day... very lovely. Only issue, which was no biggie, was that we had trouble getting into the lock box at the front door, but fortunately Jessie was very available and lived nearby, so she cheerfully came and helped us get the key and get inside. She was truly a delightful person to communicate with and very welcoming. We three agreed that anytime we come to Shasta we will try to book this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Redwood Garden Cottage. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth and simple. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the overall comfort of the place.The only small issue we noticed was with the hot water supply—after filling the bathtub once, it took about an hour for the water to heat up again for the next person. Not a big problem, but something to be aware of.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfectly located property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with space between other homes. The backyard is wonderful and large. And the home is clean and has everything that would be needed. It actually is more spacious than the pictures can show. There’s so much to offer in Mt. Shasta and this property is a nice central location to access nature as well as town.

This is a great property. The area was quiet and located in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for four adults and there was plenty of room for all four of our cars. The backyard is very nice and plenty of room to gather. I would highly recommend the property.

Wonderful weekend

We stayed here for our annual snowboarding trip and the home was perfect for us. Not far from downtown, but in a quiet area. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated all the little extras!

Great Place to Stay

I traveled with my sisters and brother-in-law. All of us are seniors (over 62). The house was clean, spacious and had a nice back patio and yard. Location was good if you like privacy and quiet. Like living in the forest away from town, yet just a short drive to downtown. We loved it. I would go back.

The cottage was comfortable and very clean. There are some steps to get in, which you can't see in the pictures. My mom uses a walker, so that was a little difficult. We parked on the side and walked across the lawn.

Home away from home

The Redwood Cottage had everything we needed and more. Thank you to the host Jessie for making sure the house was stocked with coffee and snacks! We ate most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything. And an extra bonus for coffee lovers - a Breville espresso machine! We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Finally... Someone got it right!

As private contractors we stay at Vrbos every week. This property met all of our needs. Great parking, easy access, every kitchen utensil ( the little things matter) , snacks, super clean, hot hot water, great wifi, huge back yard with bbq. Thank you, for making it feel like home.

The house and yard were very nice and comfortable. The espresso maker was a hit, as well as the nice treats that were provided. The only problem was their was no kindling and no hatchet to make it. A very fun visit!
