“Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Beautiful property! The pool area, gardens and views are amazing. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside we experienced was the pool area is small compared the number of guests the hotel accommodates, so if the pool area was busy there was a line to get a lounger or a seat which was a bit disappointing.”

“There is no doubt this is an older hotel/motel. The rooms are small but very well organized. The only addition I would say is a chair in the bedroom. They have taken on the challenge of recycling and do it very well. The breakfast is simple but ample. They have a pillow menu, the towels were fluffy, bright white. And the amenities were well chosen and complete the emphasis on clean organic and recycling. There is a"great room" with multiple televisions, a pool table and nice seating, and...

“Our room was beautiful and clean. However, my husband is a wheelchair and must use a lift to get into bed. The accessible room’s bed was on a pedestal and it was difficult to get him into bed. In accessible room’s the hotels need to consider that some people who are disable carry lifts with them. All bed should not be on a pedestal especially in wheelchair accessible room. This should be standard in all Hiltons. Also because he was in a wheelchair the parking was difficult. We were charge...

“The hotel water tasted acidic after being boiled in the kettle. There were no warnings about the water quality, and no time to check if the kettle was the problem. However, this should be taken seriously.”

The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return”

“Really enjoyed staying at this hotel on the Inner Harbor. The staff was very helpful and always very friendly. I would strongly recommend the restaurant off the main lobby of the hotel. Especially the breakfast menu. They don't have a chance to try out the pool but I imagine in the warmer months in the summer it would be a wonderful place for families. There is a dock down at the bottom of the hill below the hotel that has access to a water taxi. It's a little expensive but worth at least one...
