“Hotel molto elegante e pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi. Televisore senza canali internazionali e sportivi, manca la cassaforte. La pecca più grande è il servizio di pulizia in tempo di covid, che non viene svolto su base giornaliera. Bisogna richiedere alla reception la pulizia settimanale e a me è successo che per due giorni non mi hanno fatto le pulizie per un disguido di comunicazione interno. “The Staff were amazing, helpful and patient. I had to extend the stay for one evening but was unable to do this on the app. I booked a separate room for the additional night and the staff kindly allowed me to use the same room for the whole week! They were polite every time.I spoke to them”

Staff were amazing, location was gorgeous and food option 10/10….. SHE SAID YES!!!! A perfect trip and over the moon I chose the Grove”

“In my line of work, I found that Ricky Road was perfect for ease of moving around Watford and the surrounding areas using public transport or by car. Blackout curtains would have been useful due to working nights, but you can't have it all. All in all I enjoyed my stay 10 out of 10 ”
