“The Holiday Inn staff was wonderful! They were accommodating, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, and it was nice to enjoy a hot cup of coffee each morning. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is beginning to show its age. The room we stayed in would benefit from updated mattresses and a new sleeper sofa. “Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”.”
