“Room was exactly what was pictured and reserved. Check-in was easy and staff was super friendly. Loved that this place was pet friendly, surroundings were well kept and lots of available activities to do, i.e gym, rec room, basketball court, pool, walking trails, etc. ”

“The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. “Very poor service and rude staff experience. With a multi stay with family, no room service, despite having informed to do so ( which ideally shouldnt be required, having the tag placed on door to service).
Microwave does not work, fridge does not work.No promised amenities are functional. Carpet was dirty with visible big stains, likely uncleaned.
Overall not a great experience and specially dont recommend anyone with family to consider it for a stay. Lot of other options available in heart...
