“Staff was friendly. Room had a musty smell, no toilet paper in the bathroom. They never gave us clean towels or cleaned our room the 2 days we stayed. Outside the property had trash all over , cigarette butts all around the pool area. Could have been so much cleaner”

“We really enjoyed our stay overall! The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and celebrate. The host was fantastic—communication was outstanding from start to finish, and any minor maintenance issues we noticed were addressed quickly with prompt responses. “The cabin was pretty but we had to walk up a big unleveled gravel driveway bc our vehicles wouldn’t make it up. The neighbors were kind enough to let us use some of their parking. The refrigerator was dirty, some dishes and pans were in rough shape. We scooted one bed against the wall for a kid in one room and when the bed was moved, a lot of snack wrappers were found. We also had no WiFi at all on our two night stay. From when we got there many of us had no service and came to find out no WiFi...
