“Simple, clean, and in a beautiful location! Melissa was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One note: you WILL need a rental car! Cabs aren’t easily accessible in the area and nearby stores/restaurants aren’t super walkable. Everything is easily accessible by car though!”

“For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a 2-bedroom suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect. We booked airport transportation, transfer to Placencia, several rides into San Ignacio and all of our tours with them. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.”

“I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.”

“Staff let us check in early when our bus dropped us early. They found us a bug net when we requested one, amd called taxis for us. So helpful!”
