This is a rustic cabin in the jungle. 4.5 miles off the main road, 2.2 miles of it is dirt (well maintained, regular cars not a problem). 15 minute drive to nearest civilization (the part of the description being in the middle of a historic town is inaccurate - it's 7 miles outside a historic town). ソーラーによる電気、飲料水と雨水との使い分け。雨水のシャワーだけど、ちゃんと熱いお湯も出ました！トイレ、シャワーは部屋の中ではなく戸外でした。
キッチンはラナイにありました。
必要なものはちゃんと揃って ました。
自給自足に近い滞在の経験はなかなかできないので驚きもありました。
夜になるとコキガエルの大合唱。
トイレやシャワーでコキガエルに会いました。
真夜中にソーラー充電が切れたようで、完全に闇に！漆黒の夜って、こうなんだとあらためて認識。

“The cottage was very clean and full of household items ready for use. It's a good thing i wake up around 5am because there's a Brahma (seemed like it) rooster next door that helps with the wake up process, hehehe. No need to set your alarm on your phone. Although there is a warning from the host/owner that nothing can be done about the normal activity such as footsteps. My family did not have a peaceful night because the person's footsteps are heavy and at 1030PM and 330AM, his footsteps going back and forth with tapping sounds for several minutes woke all of us up. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo.
