“Lovely property. You will feel very safe here. I think we may have been in the lobby at a weird time as the woman at reception seemed rushed when we checked in. Later, when we were checking out, another woman was at the reception desk. She was fine but never smiled. So either my child taking a few pieces of candy from the Easter baskets was annoying, or she was having a "off" morning. The bell hop, the people at the luggage desk, and valet were lovely. ”

Purtroppo 100$ per una stanza piccola con un letto di una piazza e mezzo in una zona rumorosa e brutta è proprio tanto, e poi considerando che mancava la carta igenica, c'erano pochi asciugamani e non pulivano la stanza da un giorno all'altro... It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

“A very beautiful historic hotel designed by Julia Morgan . The building is well taken care of. The indoor pool area, while grand, could use some love . The restaurant is also beautiful, menu is surprisingly conventional. I was surprised by the prix fix menu only having one offering and that was red meat! Rooms are simple and smaller, but adequate. Staff is mixed, some competent some not. Like everywhere these days. Feel it’s worth staying at these important properties so that they remain...
