Hotel con servizio concierge a Mountain View

“We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

“Hotel is newer so everything is clean and well maintained. Did not like that the building door locked were taped open so anyone could walk into the building. Overall it was okay.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The shower was especially comfortable. Parking was included and staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the front desk but other than that everything was fine.”

“The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful. To put it bluntly he behaved as though he was doing you a favor when checking you in. Did not greet you upon arrival, share amenities etc… He basically tossed the hotel map to me and said here you go! Also, guests should be aware that the hotel is two stories with NO elevator.
