I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience”

“It was a nice stay of 6 nights. The room is large and the cleanliness is good. Good parking ($15/night) and polite staff. You can hear the traffic starting at 5am, there is little soundproofing however sleeping with earplugs solves everything. I recommend the stay, also great location to major attractions. ”

“it was super easy to get to the convention center. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are super friendly overall the very relaxing stay for my work trip. I wish I made time to get in the pool like a plane. It’s a little confusing to get in if you’re not driving. But it’s really easy to go to old Pasadena. There’s a lot of good food in shopping.”
