Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. “My wife and I needed a break from a fast paced couple of weeks of our vacation. This chateau and the property it sits on was nothing short of spectacular. As an extra bonus, Tess, Daphne and Celia were there to serve and help us with all of our needs. The breakfast that was served was always the best of the best, including homemade jams.
