• A terrace (15m²) shaded by a roof, fitted with a dining table, a kitchen area with a plancha and a sink. An independent toilet and an outdoor shower.



The entrance to the property is shared with the owner's house but independence on the pool area is ensured.

This holiday rental with a swimming pool for 6 people in Mouries is on one level. It has a total area of 120m². It is fitted out in a Provençal style.

It contains:

A kitchen (9m²) opening onto the living room with fridge, gas and induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining area.

A living room (40m²) equipped with a TV, satellite channels, internet, dining area and fireplace.

Three bedrooms, each with a fan:

One bedroom (11.5m²) with a double bed 140 and adjoining bathroom (sink, shower and WC).
