“Lovely sea view from the balcony and great location. Unfortunately the toilet seat was dirty as was the kitchen sink. No cleaning products to clean this ourselves! No tea or coffee or milk provided. Two toilet rolls, no spare. Furniture tatty and the whole apartment needs decorating.”

“The view from our room was gorgeous and the enclosed balcony with heater was an unexpected bonus. The room was nice but thought the bathroom looked ‘tired’. From previous reviews, I thought the hotel would feel much more special than it did. We were here to celebrate a special birthday ( which the hotel were aware of) but that seemed to pass them by. “We didn't make it in time to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great, as was the St Austell beer. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms in the annex next door. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had all we needed. Breakfast was from a great selection and we checked out without issue. Fantastic. ”
