“We did not stay. Cockroaches began to move when the heat was turned on. We chose to drive home instead.”

“Had a reservation for July 3rd. Chose PAY AT PROPERY option. Told me when I arrived they canceled my reservation because the manager wants payment upfront. Then tried to charge me $100 more to book the same room I had already had.”

“When I checked in there was a issue with one of the four rooms I booked. The front desk lady was able to correct the issue with some trouble on her part, which pleased me immensely with her effort. The other issue was the waffle maker. All five days I could not get it to cook all four sections. One or two sections were only half the height. Tried doing different things per a couple other guests to no avail. It did not like me.”

“They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes...

“We loved our little home away from home! It had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond when we had a question or needed something.”
