Hotel a Mt. Hood - Columbia River Gorge

“The spa was amazing! The staff was so helpful. You can book your spa treatments and get into the hot tub prior to checking in which was so lovely. I loved the privacy of my balcony and view. I will be back for sure.”

“Great view of the river and Dalles Dam, Mount Hood from the outside eating area by lobby. Expedia description of room did not say it was NOT a view room. I found that out when I checked in and front desk rep very nice but said it would be a 20$ charge to change to view room, which I declined. Wonderful included breakfast in the lobby. You can also order pizza other snacks and fancy alcoholic drinks from the lobby to eat/drink in inside or outside dining areas with views of Columbia River....

“Struttura abbastanza datatA situata a ca. 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. La nostra stanza era molto ampia ma piuttosto buia e rumorosa a causa dell'impianto di condizionamento; abbiamo fatto presente il disagio alla reception e sono intervenuti per sistemare il problema. Bella la posizione lungo il fiume. Buona l'offerta della colazione.”

“The cabin is small, definitely too small for three adults. Basics were available. Staff member came by every day and was very helpful. The cabin first steps are difficult to get onto. The bed is difficult to get into, not made for the elderly.”

“Time has caught up with this historic hotel — it needs significant improvements. It charges market rates but lacks basic amenities such as in-room coffee and a refrigerator, along with on-site services like a fitness center, leaving it uncompetitive. My biggest complaint: air conditioning is centrally controlled by management, so guests cannot adjust room temperature. The single ceiling vent produced only a small trickle of air, insufficient to cool the room. The windows are old, hard to open,...

“Room was clean, nice bed linens and good quality toiletries. The room was pretty small (possibly just the room type I booked), but it was quiet. The hotel staff were great. The hotel is a bit dated and you can see that in places. It’s not a fancy stay, but was perfect for a night and I would happily return.”

“I stayed in a tiny king room. It was definitely small and would be perfect for a solo traveler. The room was immaculate and cozy. The hot soak tub and sauna were so nice to have available. Everything was within walking distance too. I will be back!”
