“For the price I paid I would have thought that I would have a newly remodeled room and bathroom or a suite but that was not the case. I was put in a room that had maintenance issues, part of which they took care of at 11:00 pm so kudos for that, however, I should have never been put in that room or moved rooms once it was brought to their attention. Everything was clean but was outdated and I wouldn’t rate anything excellent but good. Definitely wasn’t a great value. The staff was friendly and...

“Location was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing we thought was pretty marginal, was the TV picture / quality. But that was secondary because we didn’t drive down to the new River Gorge just to watch TV!—”

“The bathrooms are slightly dated with no vent fans and low toilets. The heat/ac system was difficult to regulate and was very noisy. But for the money, I would say it was a fair to good value.”

“Out of season so did not use the pool. Hot tub had dirt at the bottom and did not look very clean, so we did not use.Grill did not work properly.Kitchen did not have a frying pan and the pans there weren't very clean. Firepit was nice. Home was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay overall, thank you.”
