“Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.”

“Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. I have stayed at hundreds of properties and this was the first with beeping card readers. The doors also slam shut loudly, which can be remedied via door closer adjustments and gasketing. Quite a...

“The room was clean and comfortable with decent tea and coffee making facilities that could be topped up from reception. There was some scuffs and dents in panels in the bathroom particularly but the beds were comfy and fir the price it was perfect for a quick stop while visiting family.”

“Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future ”
