🐾 One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only.

A dog supplement of £40 applies for stays of up to five nights. For longer stays, an additional £10 per night applies, capped at a maximum of £120 per booking.

We kindly ask that dogs are not permitted on furniture or within the bedroom area.

Pets must be declared and approved before arrival. Failure to disclose a pet may result in applicable fees and additional cleaning charges.

A £10 handling fee applies to cover postage, packaging, and administration.

Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite and private patio area throughout their stay.

Other things to note
Please note: This listing does not have a kitchen or kitchenette. There are no cooking facilities, sink, hob, oven or microwave. The suite includes a coffee station with a Nescafé Vertuo coffee machine, mini-fridge, table and chairs (as seen on photos), making it ideal for short stays while enjoying the excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants just a short walk away.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No parties or events
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the suite
• Unauthorised parties, events, or additional guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
• Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours
