“We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking.”

“The host was slow to reply to messages. We found it hard to locate the house and when we did, the keys didn't work. It was dark and we had three children with us. I messaged the host and he phoned me about two hours later, by which time, my daughter had gone around to the next street to the other door and managed to get in. There was no hair dryer and I messaged asking where it was, but the host didn't reply at all. I was disappointed that we had to pay for a sixth guest as my daughter came for...

“We stayed at this accommodation for several days and had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. While the cleanliness could have been a little more detailed, it did not significantly affect our time there. Additionally, some of the kitchen items—especially the knives—were a bit difficult to use, which made food preparation less convenient.That said, the location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the property comfortably accommodated...
